Cancellations: 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for
 any reason.

International Orders: 

At the present time, Darling Designs can only accept U.S.
orders (all 50 states).  International orders will not be accepted
or processed.

Originality:

I pride myself on creating original pieces that reflect my own
personal taste, style and mood.  Any appearance of duplicating
someone elses work is strictly coincidental.  No two items are
ever exactly alike unless requested. 

Payment Options: 

Darling Designs accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards.
Money orders will be accepted, but orders will not ship until the
money order is received.  Personal checks will be accepted,
but orders will not ship for ten (10) days after receipt of check. 

Pricing:

All prices shown are in U.S. dollars.

Privacy Policy:

Personal information provided by you (name, address, credit
 card number) will be kept strictly confidential.  Information will
 never be resold or shared with any third party.

Product Description and Presentation:  

Each item is photographed and described as accurately as
possible.  Due to variations in monitors and browsers, the
color of a piece may be slightly different than what it appears. 
Industry standard terms are used to provide consistence in
describing products. 

Product Safety:

Keep beaded jewelry and other products away from small
children and pets as they contain small parts which may be
dangerous if swallowed.  Darling Designs is not responsible
for any damages, health or safety complications caused by its
products.

Repairs:

If an item needs repair, you may return it to Darling Designs
at your expense for free repairs during the first thirty (30) days
after receipt.  There will be no charge for shipping the repaired
item back to you.  After 30 days, you will be responsible for all
shipping fees and will be charged a nominal fee ($5.00) per
item to be repaired.  All items to be repaired should be
carefully packaged as damage in return shipping is not the
 responsibility of Darling Designs.

return an item for repairs.

Return Policy and Defects:

Darling Designs does not accept returns for any reason other
than defect.   All items are carefully inspected before shipping,
therefore, defect is highly unlikely.  If you feel an item is defective,
you may return it at your expense for free repairs during the first thirty
(30) days after receipt.  There will be no charge for shipping the repaired
item back to you. After 30 days, buyer will be responsible for shipping
and cost of repairs ($5.00 per item). See details under Repairs.

provide shipping instructions and an address to return the defective item(s) to me.

Sales Tax: 

Sales tax for orders shipped to Wisconsin locations will be
subject to 5.6% sales tax (the sales tax rate for the point of
sale, i.e., Ozaukee County, Wisconsin).

Security:

Personal and account information is secure when shopping on
 DarlingDesignsOnline.  Our credit card payment processing partner
 employs the latest encryption technology to ensure confidentiality and security.

Shipping:

Orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days.

There is no charge for  shipping for new orders.

Orders over $40.00 will be shipped via US. Postal Service
Priority Mail.

International shipping is not offered or available at this time.
